The Lee County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in the shooting incident at 1340 Sumter Hwy (Pilot Truck Stop). Lee County Sheriff's Office has arrested Derrick Scott Sr (age 34) of Little River, SC for Murder, Possession of Weapon During a Violent Crime, and Unlawful Conduct Towards a Child. Scott Sr is currently being held at the Sumter County Detention Center awaiting bond. Investigation is still ongoing at this time.
